You can ask Volt Applications LLC to delete personal data we hold about you. This includes data associated with a Volt account or a supported third-party connection, such as Facebook or Instagram.
How to make a request
- Send an email to sebastian@voltapplications.com with the subject line “User Data Deletion Request.”
- Include the email address or account identifier connected to Volt, and identify the organization, Page, or platform if relevant.
- We will confirm receipt, verify the request when needed, and delete or de-identify applicable personal data within 30 days.
Meta-connected accounts
If you connected a Meta account to Volt, you may also remove Volt's access through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Removing access stops future platform access; this page is the way to request deletion of data Volt already holds.
What deletion means
We delete or de-identify applicable personal data and disconnect associated platform access where appropriate. We may retain limited information when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. We will explain any such retention if it applies to your request.
