These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Volt Applications LLC websites, software, dashboards, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement and service scope
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. A project proposal, statement of work, or signed service agreement may contain additional terms. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the people you authorize to use your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Volt may suspend access that creates a security risk, violates these Terms, or is required by law.
Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of content, files, and information you provide to the Services. You grant Volt the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content solely to provide and support the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that content, claims, media, and instructions you provide are accurate, lawful, and authorized. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Volt to perform the actions you select through that account, such as publishing an approved post or responding to a comment. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms, policies, and technical limits.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break the law; infringe rights; transmit malware; impersonate others; interfere with service security; bypass access controls; publish deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; or use the Services in a way that violates a connected platform's terms.
Fees and changes
Fees, payment terms, project timelines, and deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, subscription, invoice, or service agreement. We may modify or discontinue a Service feature when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Volt does not guarantee that every third-party integration, platform API, connection, or delivery channel will always be available or error-free. You should review material content and business-critical outputs before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by law, Volt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from a third-party platform, unauthorized account access caused by your credentials, or content you direct us to publish. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to an applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or legal requirement. After termination, you may request deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion Instructions.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
